Washer and dryer

We've had some questions about laundry. No we don't do it by hand. Not all of it. We have a washing machine that is (sort of) inside. The dryer is much more portable than our old one and for some reason works better when it's sunny...

HA! Love your take on the portable dryer:) (A fan inside on rainy days helps those kinds out too, just fyi)
It's amazing how that picture looks so incredibly normal to me now:) Those brands are great too because they make them fairly easy for husbands to repair instead of having to call a repairman! haha!

Also... do you have a wet bath or by some miracle did you guys land a bath tub somehow? Shower curtain?

A good reason to wear your clothes as many days as possible = they won't wear out as fast, either! I suggest you watch someone else ride the horse or car and see what kind of coin they put in. Hang in there!

When is your household help coming? I thought she would already be doing laundry and cooking for you.

It's a good thing you all are young and adventureous. All that learning of new things would really be hard on us old people.

Love the washer and dryer - especially the dryer! It's good to see you guys getting around. It seems somewhat intimidating - I'm so proud of you all.
The meetings are going very well, especially last night. I'm anxious to see what will come from this.

Love,
K

In response:

We have no tub :-( but we do have shower curtains :-) which is great since kids love to walk in. There is a MIRROR (sort of) IN the shower :-( but I can shave in there :-).

The sweat limits the wearing to one day-sometimes half a day.

We have a lady who has worked one day and then got a week off for the holiday. Hard to write complaining about our Ibu being off though. It doesn't play well at home!!

BTW, that is our sweet biru (blue) ride out front.

Oh, yeah - the sweat. I'm with Mom - when I was young I lived in a house with no running water, for 10 months. I was young and adventurous, too!

Like your new ride...can't wait to hear more stories of your adventures in driving. I thought I recognized your dryer. It was great seeing your faces last night.
