December is here!!
Can you believe we are in the 12th month of the year? Christmas is just around the corner... do you have your shopping done? We are getting into the spirit as much as possible for the weather to be in the 80's. Our tree is up and our wreath is on the door. No shopping started yet, we still have 2 birthdays to go before we even think about Christmas shopping! Bethany and Caleb have a Christmas play on Friday. We went out this week and bought their clothes for that. All around here, it is getting decorated for the season. Stores have their trees and decorations displayed. We have even seen a santa or two. Today at the kids school they had a Christmas Bizarre. Of course I had to check that out! Lots of goodies to be seen. I did not purchase, only looked. Have a great weekend!!

The shopping has begun here, as well! I am procrastinating, as usual. If we didn't have to shop and eat so much, we could have time to go see all the Christmas presentations around. Now that would be much better! Love you!
I am glad it's December but it reminds me how fast time is passing...too quickly. Maybe it's I work too much. LOL RE
Does Santa look the same there are he does in the US? We have been studying "the many faces of Santa" at school, and I thought about the kids and how odd they would find the Santa there if he wore silk shorts and drove a dune buggy.
Santa pretty much looks the same except he has a dark face and hands. Still the red suit and white beard. But, not as fat either!
