Richie is superb at de-boning the chicken, too. He, along with the help of only one man, can clean a turkey faster than two women and one guy. His philosophy is, "If it's soft, put it in the pan. No one will choke on the soft stuff. If it's hard, throw it out." Check in on it and we'll see if he moves across the world to become a KuFC entrepreneur. (Bet he would renig!)

How much is the start up capital? What would the overhead be? You know you would look good wearing a chicken hat.
